  • Large: Average of NMT 53 prunes per lb.

  • Medium: Average of NMT 67 prunes per lb.

  • Small: Average of NMT 85 prunes per lb.

  • Note: The count-sizes refer to the count of prunes per pound.

Grades:

  • US Grade A or US Fancy:

  • US Grade B or US Choice:

  • US Grade C or US Standard:

  • Substandard

  • Note: Except for US Grade A or US Fancy, the count-sizes of dried prunes is not incorporated in the grades of dried prunes.  The count-sizes refer to the count of prunes per pound.
